SEA CLOUD SPIRIT, the new ship from Sea Cloud Cruises, just made her Miami 1st appearance

Sea Cloud Spirit combines the authentic sailing of the past with the comfort of today’s luxury private yacht travel. Quality interior and luxuriously designed spa/wellness center contribute to your well-being.

A separate fitness area on the sun deck ensures exercise in harmony with the elements. Sea Cloud Cruises offers a new dimension of sailing on the seas of the world.

Sea Cloud Spirit sails in the summer of 2020. With 69 exterior cabins in a classic, elegant yacht style, she is larger than her sister ships – a novelty: a passenger elevator connecting all 5 decks. It combines originality and naturalness with maximum comfort and privacy.

The shipping company celebrated its newest tall ship sailing through American waters. Following this voyage, the 453-foot yacht will sail from Miami, Florida to Eleuthera and Ekuma Cais each February and March.

These itineraries will mark the end of the company’s sailing season in Central America and the Caribbean. The company’s original flagship and namesake, SEA CLOUD, was built in 1931 for renowned entrepreneur, Marjorie Merriweather Post.

The company carefully chose Miami as its starting location and destination because of the city’s easy access to guests from all over the world.

Captain Vukota Stojanović describes SEA CLOUD SPIRIT with the following statement: “The entire deck with balcony cabins, an exclusive wellness and SPA area, a fitness room with a sea view, a bistro on deck as an evening alternative to “fine dining” in a restaurant – the youngest member of the SEA CLOUD family offers a lot of room for individuality alongside true windjammer romance.”
SEA CLOUD SPIRIT, the new ship from Sea Cloud Cruises

Years ago, Sea Cloud Cruises found success after offering three separate yacht tours to the rarely visited Lesser Antilles and Central America. The company continues to deliver on its promise to offer guests voyages to destinations unreachable by traditional cruise ships with its new routes to Eleuthera and Ekuma Cais.

The company longs to provide guests with a unique sailing experience to destinations that are usually considered unreachable. The addition of this new region is traditionally only visited by small yachts, which is indicative of Sea Cloud Cruises’ mission.

Sea Cloud Cruises expects an extremely successful 2023, due to the number of bookings already made so far. The company believes that those who had to postpone their trips and take vacations due to the pandemic are finally able to travel again.

In business since 1979, Sea Cloud Cruises has focused on the sailing experience for its passengers. On Sea Cloud ships, guests can participate in onboard and ashore programs and relax in a luxurious atmosphere.

All three yachts in the company’s fleet are designed for an intimate and personal cruising experience, which sets them apart from the competition.

The 90-year-old SEA CLOUD, her younger sister SEA CLOUD II and the all-new SEA CLOUD SPIRIT provide guests with a classic seafaring experience combined with the luxurious surroundings of an elegant and intimate yacht.

The company is committed to offering travelers unique itineraries in areas far removed from traditional cruise routes. SEA CLOUD and SEA CLOUD II have been repeatedly named among the five best cruise ships in the world by the Berlitz Cruise Guide.
