As it continues to work to bring the most advanced innovations to each of its ships, MSC Cruises today announced details of the new technological entertainment options that passengers will be able to experience on MSC Seascape, the company’s next ship to be launched. opened in December this year. Among them all, the star will be ROBOTRON, an exciting attraction that offers the immersive sensation of a roller coaster in the sea combined with a personalized DJ music experience.
The ship will also feature two new virtual reality experiences and a host of high-tech entertainment designed to enjoy thrill seekers of all ages.
ROBOTRON, MSC Seascape’s star attraction, is a state-of-the-art robotic arm with an attached three-passenger gondola, which will fly 53 meters above sea level. In it, passengers will have an unobstructed 360° view as they float over the edge of the platform, moving in different directions.
ROBOTRON also offers a personalized music option with a DJ where passengers can choose their music preferences and enjoy a huge screen with colorful projections, while the robotic arm moves to the beat of the music. Passengers will be able to see a DJ booth, with rhythm and bass visualized as colorful patterns on a video screen as the arm bounces and spin to the beat of the music.
Every passenger on the cruise will be able to choose their level of intensity according to their taste, making ROBOTRON an experience for the whole family and very exciting, unique, and fun.

VR 360° flight simulator: with all the thrills of an outdoor roller coaster. This immersive simulator is the ultimate virtual roller coaster experience complete with a VR headset and stunning special effects. Visitors can choose from several worlds to immerse themselves in an exciting journey like no other.
Virtual Reality Bikes: Travelers with a need for speed will love the new MSC Seascape Virtual Reality Bikes, where players will feel transported to the track, with wind and water effects to complete the experience.
MSC Formula Racer: Perfect for motor racing enthusiasts ready to get their fix at high speed. This activity will be an exciting racing simulation with realistic effects that will make passengers’ hearts beat faster.
Immersive Cinema KSD – The moment passengers put on their 3D glasses, they will be immersed in alternate worlds through this immersive activity, where players will battle zombies, skeletons and more. Only one player can be crowned the winner, so travelers must prove their shooting skills to each other in order to prove themselves.
MSC Seascape will open in New York in a glittering ceremony on December 7th of this year, and will then move to PortMiami offering incredible Caribbean cruises throughout the year on two different itineraries:
Eastern Caribbean: Calls to Ocean Cai MSC Marine Reserve and Nassau in the Bahamas, San Juan in Puerto Rico, and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.
Western Caribbean: calls to Ocean Cai MSC Marine Reserve, Cozumel in Mexico, George Town in the Cayman Islands, and Ocho Rios in Jamaica.
Before her spectacular opening ceremony, MSC Seascape will offer a unique experience on her inaugural cruise from Barcelona and Valencia across the Atlantic to New York, USA.
After embarking in Barcelona and Valencia on October 21 and 22, this 16-night Grand Voyage will dock in Cádiz, before entering the Atlantic and beginning its voyage. Funchal, Madeira, and Kings Wharf, Bermuda, will be stopping on the way to New York, the city that never sleeps.
